As we approach EOFY26 [end of financial year] we thought to ask our curious subscribers if they would be interested in supporting an international presentation of new work by TCP Residency artists Peachey&Mosig

Exhibition Context:

“The Sky Has Already Fallen is an immersive installation of moving image, sound and woven textile, an elegy for a world coming apart. It is the work of Canberra based artists Peachey & Mosig, developed through our ongoing durational residency relationship with the artists, now in its fourth year.

The work builds a space for a grief our culture has little language for: the loss of an ecosystem, a species, a way of life. It holds that loss as something felt in common, rather than carried alone.

In August 2026 the work travels to Messums West in the United Kingdom, its first international showing, before returning home to Canberra Contemporary at Lakeside in 2027. Bringing a major installation from Australia to an international stage is a significant undertaking.” Peachey&Mosig
