Artists, students and community a regional place to research and develop new ideas, test practice, and create work within a natural environment. We encourage peer-to-peer exchange and offer professional development and skills training.

The residency model operates through public call out or individuals/groups contacting us directly:

  • Artist-in-residence accommodation includes x12 bedrooms sleeps 24. Equipped with linen [sheets, towels, donna’s, blankets, fans, heaters]

  • Shared bathrooms x2 include WC, shower, bath including additional shearers shower block

  • Fully equipped industrial kitchen with adjoining dining, living spaces and outdoor bbq area self catering and catering available

  • Studio spaces and in architecturally re-adapted agricultural infrastructure

  • Equipment on request ie x12 easels, media kit, sound and recording equipment, kayaks, canoe
