In partnership with the Paddington Art Prize one selected Finalist will be awarded a two week live-in residency in 2027 at The Corridor Project, located in the Central West NSW on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people; In addition, a $2000.00 cash prize will support travel, per diems, and material expenses including a visit by curator Lucy Stranger.

the CORRIDOR project is a not-for-profit multidisciplinary arts and cultural organisation providing a platform for residence, education, cultural pursuits, and/or research, where alternative methodologies can be explored and developed. Our arts and cultural organisation is based on Wiradjuri country in the Central West of NSW, Australia.
Established in 2011 we explore the interconnection between arts, culture, and the natural environment within a regional context. This concept was based on providing unique opportunities for artists and audiences to access contemporary arts and cultural experiences.
We provide a platform and ‘stepping off point’ for residence, education, cultural pursuits and/or research, where alternative methodologies can be explored and developed. We promote well-being and contemporary perspective through arts-led cross-cultural exchange, enriching dialogue between regional and metropolitan communities.
