ARTIST IN RESIDENCY - JULY 2024 - development of new work for EXHIBITION RECEPTION ROCK
Eight early career Artists explore, ideate, experiment, cook and produce new work DURING RESIDENCY at the CORRIDOR project 2024 leading to exhibition “Reception Rock” presented at Funkis - Paddington, SydneY go HERE
"Reception rock" focused on a dialogue between metropolitan people inhabiting regional landscapes, engaging artists to closely interact with land, affecting ones materiality, sensitivity to sound and the landscape. Supported by The Corridor Project residency program, artists were given an opportunity to explore an unfamiliar environment which encouraged the exploration of new processes and mediums.
